Vestora provides custom-built investor relations platform services for public companies, including IR website management, real-time financial data, SEC filing integration, on-chain treasury analytics, engagement tracking, and compliance tools.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate company information; ensuring disclosed data complies with applicable securities regulations (Reg FD, Reg G, PSLRA); reviewing and approving content before publication; and maintaining appropriate access controls.

4. Data Accuracy

Vestora integrates real-time data from third-party sources including SEC EDGAR, stock exchanges, and blockchain networks. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness or timeliness of third-party data. All data is provided "as is."

5. Intellectual Property

The Vestora platform design and documentation are our intellectual property. Client-specific content, branding, and data remain client property. Upon termination, clients receive full source code and data access.
